Frankly speaking, as peope, like you, got into Biota at very cheap prices, to some extend and from the viewpoint of share price, you, like those free BTA share recipients (especially PC), actually benefited greatly from the drop and weakness of BTA share price, which however has been disasterous to the investment of people, such as Muzza and me.
It seems that the "execuse after execuse, promise after promise" management attitude towards shareholders' concerns continues to play after the new management took over the company. Maybe this will change after the company board changes completely.
