Hello Sector. Thanks, that is a new one for me. I had a look at XEC, seems like a bag full of mainly resources companies that are perpetual basket-cases. Ideally we are looking for an industrial that isn't suspended but has a Board willing to do a deal in weeks/months. We have a (another) great biotech project, and have been behind a few recent biotech winners. Investors want listed companies, yet an IPO has its own problems (and advantages). It seems a pity not to give these shells - and their shareholders -another chance.
