Looked at this ages ago. Spruikers did the capital raisings and got paid nicely for it. If it gets welcomed to the ASX it will trade much lower. Have a look at some ASX companies which trade well below their peers and are pretty advance. Try sell now on a secondary market.
A lot of $ were raised out of poor old Gold Coast oldies.
Obviously IMHO only, but that is what I saw
