Take this with a grain of salt as it's AJIMHO
I'm seeing toppy TV - that usually means exits. These days Smart funds tend to keep both Index obligations and trading holdings to optimise client returns. So yes, obligatory holdings help soften large Sector moves, but their trading holdings are able designed to move rapidly - intersector yes but there has to be a better risk/return, and if toppy a intrasector is more likely. These fund mobile portions have increased of late - to get a perspective you'll have to cross reference the VIX its @150% of Jun low ATM. It mirrors the XHJ over last 6mts. I wouldn't call it bubble time but time to be judicious. A Mild pullback would be OK, there are several Bios that could benefit in this scenerio. ADO is at the fore to take advsntage of the timing - particularly from Sector specialist funds (well my read anyway) - if all goes according to Hoyle, but a large "correction" could end up in a shakedown across the board.
AJIMHO.
