Anyone who has data not available to the market will have signed a non-disclosure agreement. If any buying can be traced back to them they are likely to finish in jail. They wll be subject to USA law. It is highly unlikely that there would be a leak from that source. I expect that there will be an announcement, or announcements, before any capital raise. Business development is a separate matter and is probably subject to furious activity as we write. I would expect some announcement on that front before a capital raise.
