biotech index in the US is back to where it was in nov 2013 , there have been billions raised in new ipo's over there in what was a frenzy and people got suckered into it. Looking at most of the aussie biotechs there have been mostly no ipo's in the last 12 months and most biotechs here are near 12month low's .
