The accumulation/ distribution index gives a clear picture of how the price was pushed up in waves, after each push we entered a period of distribution until the next wave, guaranteeing that the uptrend continues.


We now clearly are moving into distribution mode.

What does that tell you?
Probably many differing scenarios on this forum, my explanation is that the broker has ceased to push the price and concluded business.

In absence of other meaningful buying strength, the price retreats in quick successions.

If the recent weeks is anything to go by, we should approach 3 cents soon where I will watch with interest whether the market sees some short term recovery rally back over 4 cents.



Long term though, only news can turn this downtrend around, as I see it.


Besides, MACD looks like a sick puppy, very much the characteristic of a pump and dump.
