Very cheap - relative to what ???
Previous price ?
At that higher previous price level - were they perhaps too expensive ?

Any stock is only worth what the market will pay, but most biotech are also in the spec. basket - sort of, well a bit like horse racing !
It is just another form for gambling. No rationale.

Remember Biota - all the hype before the anti-flu drug release.
From a high around $8.50 now down around 34c, and that is after the took the drug to market.

The donkey either make it to the line (drug to the market in time) or another donkey beat you to it.

Have a look at Progen's (PGL) chart and past price.
Previous high of $13.40 now sub $1 and now much much closer to producing something worthwhile. (Going through human trials, approvals etc.)
