the reason we have not heard any new news is because PYC is in negotiations re: a buy-out.
if the upfront payment is so large, with PYC pissy market cap so small, its potential beyond measurement, then
PYC is like the poor little duckies at the lunar park side show, and big pharma are the guys taking pot shots at knocking the duckies of the shelf, only the prize is a first class ticket to the front of the peptide library of new age drug discovery.
Now if they are really as gooooooddddd at what they do as they say (just look at deals to date), it will only be matter of time before one of the big pharma says, I'll take that and give themselves a leading edge in the discovery platform PYC has to offer.
