    To be immunogenic, they have to be processed and presented on MHCII. i-Bodies are extremely resistant to proteolysis and for that reason, no immunogenicity observed in mice at all (Ref: Griffiths et al, Antibodies; 2013. 2. 66-81). Also, the scaffold is human n-CAM. Therefore, it is highly unlikely to be immunogenic in humans. However, is it going to be effective in treating fibrosis in humans? That is a million dollar question. It works in mice though.
