I agree IMI is not a punt.
They have just raised funds up to their 15% cap for a prospectus print.
If approved by shareholders they will:
1. issue 4.5 billion shares at a value of 0.002 cents to White Data Ltd.
2. After 1:100 restructure raise $12.5 million with a 20cent (0.002c in the old money) per share rights issue.
After that I expect the share price to rise sharply with White Data Trust having gained finance to construct the data centre.
I can see a push towards 60 - 80 cents per share by mid year 2014. That would be a 3 - 4 bagger for people entering at 0.002.
I suppose a buy at 0.002 (assume 20 cents with proposed 1:100 restructure) today for a sale at around 60 - 80 cents mid year is a good play if it comes off.
