MNZ done a deal to merge with DealsDirect at their NTA of $0.006 , what is IMI's NTA something like $200,000 cash left ,$0.0002 or .02c , 15 times its current price. Come a few months the NTA will be zero.
To be fair they are in the process of disposing of the Intelliheart asset which they have given no valuation in their accounts. Unless someone buys this asset they are screwed.
They do have $21m in loses but i believe you can only use those if you acquire a similar medical device asset.
