I've been in KRC for some years. My lonely posting and regular snipes on HC will attest to that.
The Chairman's somewhat "positive" statements appear to have achieved their purpose for now.
As I say where did those large volumes of stock come from? when so many shareholders hold so few shares.
Not huge dollar values but relatively huge sales volumes. Surely not shorts.
Any way as I've said before the Chairman lit the fuse so when will he deliver the result?
He has done this before re asset sales and new ventures with no result. I wait with baited breath. But he only has a few short months before IMI sinks or swims. IMI Board has played brinkmanship with shareholders and as usual shareholders (nor the punters) appear to be losing again.
