biotech thread - monday 24th june

Morning all,

Thanks to Pigs for filling in when I did in fact get stuck in 'the real world' last week and Russ for kicking of the successful weekend biotech lab.

Although I'd love to have the knowledge of Stuart Roberts, he appears to have a much deeper understanding of the inner workings of the sector.

What I can share though is that Stuart Roberts is no longer the Head of Biotech research at Bell Potter, having taken on a different role recently. His highest conviction stock in the sector still remains to be MSB!

Winners and losers
Many biotechs faired well on Friday and some familiar names were again on top. PRR closed up 14.75% as it showed signs of rebounding from recent losses. ECQ was up 14.29% while market favourite AHZ added 10.42%.

ANP was down 9.09% on Friday while BCT shed 7.90% on low volume. SOM was the other stock to fall on Friday, closing down 5.79%.
