ABN Amro rates as Downgrade to Sell from Hold - The broker notes the company has simply not raised the $10m it said it needed to fund its operations until June 2009 and to ensure it could continue to exist as a going concern. The broker has given up on forecasting revenue and costs etc.. and thinks the sale or liquidation of the business are the only likely outcomes. Therefore, the broker moves to a Sell recommendation and cuts its target to $0.02 (from $0.28).
