We're still in a bear market.
Once the Biotech sector runs history has shown big gains in a short period of time.
The only biotech doing well at the moment (apart from the big players like COH, RMD) is Pharmaxis (PXS).
The other players - EPT, CMQ, MBP, UCM, VRI, NLS, CYN, HTW are getting smashed or are in downtrends...
