I am planning for a spike up into the mid/high 20's or low 30's at any moment, (3 - 4 weeks, worse case scenario),correcting to high teens and a low of about 14 - 16 on a few weeks of no-news.

From about 9.3 I have been expecting the downies to kick into gear and the increase in negative frenzy should mirror a steady drop in price until we get the next bit of news, 7.5 worse case scenario.
As I will be waiting with a pile of cash at 7.4, my usual luck says that it will take off before that.

Anything can happen, of course.
I make many plans. Some work, most require adjustment.

I agree though, with your earlier comment.
I do not get why anyone would sell at this time either.
