OK Thanks for the detailed reply.
Just remember, that scientific trials need to be large enough and have the appropriate quality - that can't be achieved on a shoe string budget. That normally crimps the potential results.
I will also add that BIT has not produced results that are timely or definitive up to now. I am hoping that the current trials break that trend.
It could well be that the "caveats" are not designed to downplay results - they may actually be reasons why the results are not gaining traction.
