    Some quick observations...

    "vast majority of SH are retail investors" and "50% by number, of those who vote.. need to approve the scheme" would indicate to me that there is an opportunityy for the NO vote to get up on this basis.

    Still room for a better offer if the NO vote gets up or am I reading this wrong?
