As a preventative, either drug will still be good - but surely the fact that there is doubt on Tamiflu for H5N1 protection just means that Relenza will take a bigger percentaqge of stockpiles now.
Nothing has changed - the orders are still placed, and Biota has more products coming in constantly.

The price drop has just been frustrated traders, but at least it has shaken out most traders, as the 'pattern' of daily trending has been broken.
