Port, Yes Birdflu has never gone away despite the sad fact it no longer make the front page of newspapers.
Unfortunately for Shareholders, Peter Cook and his mates have not gone away too. Despite the massive percentage bought back each day, the sp is still languishing.

As of 10 Sept, Peter Cook had expended 2/3 of the share buy back volume with only 3 million shares more to buy. Peter is buying up to 83% of daily turn over to support the sp. There will not be many shares to buy back after the general meeting!

Since the buyback commenced these are the massive % of daily turnover bought.
    Date: (Av buy back price in cents: % of turnover) 28 Aug (72.9 : 55%); 29 Aug (73.8 57%) 1 Sep (75.2; 56%) 2Sep (76.9; 19%) 3Sep (79.63; 59%) 4Sep (78.6; 37%) 5Sep (77.9; 77%) 8Sep (78.7; 63%) 9Sep (77.7; 70%) 10Sep (76.91; 83%)

From 28 Aug to 10 Sep Biota bought a total of 2,563,739 shares out of the total shares turn over of 3,313,431; that is an average in excess of 58%.

What will happen to the share price when BTA stops buying up to 83% of the daily turn over?

Port, you should take the message to Peter at the general meeting that the best way to support the share price is for all the bumbling fools to be out of the board! There is no other words to describe those that are too stupid to accept $100M plus legal costs yet after burning in excess of $35M legal costs happily accepted $20M without costs. Executives with such brilliant performances who has the gall to increase their remunerations by more than 38%. Yes Port that in any language is INDECENCY.
