australia has the capacity to produce mass vaccines and in the event of a global breakout is well positioned ocne it has protected aussie citizens with vaccines etc could export them to regional countries that are lacking the necessary equipment and supplies to deal with a human bird flu virus that said mutations along the way could also halt the spread of bird flu
