Hi Aldo, this one is a Great Egret. Apart from the size difference ( if you see the 2 together ) the bill of the Little Egret is always black.
One of the big differences apart from size is the way they hunt. The Great Egret is always a slow stalker then stiking at prey. The Little Egret often does little jumps and wing flaps to spook prey and then strikes.
