So after yesterday's photo, and Murtre's helpful info just recently about the diff between Little and Great Egrets, what should show up today but....
I'm presuming both the great and little egrets. Or is that mummy and bubby??? Or, heaven forbid, mummy and daddy??? The far bird looks to have no neck. But don't be fooled; it did. Just like the other. Just under wraps.
It does have the dark beak as MurTre suggests; so maybe the little egret.
Sorry about the ghastly block walls and the one legged stances.
