I can say it wasn't me that gave the thumbs down.
It is a possible theory - my question would be why the need to accumulate, there's been plenty of opportunity to get good chunks in recent weeks (especially with the shortfall), why go after a few thousand here and there?
I think the fact that the holders only took up 50% of the SPP due to the concerns around the company then put more pressure on the u/writer may be more the issue
