I was aware of the Egyptian order for the Hanwha K-9 ,I did wonder if bisalloy would be the supplier or would Korea. Going by bis news ,bisalloy is supplying the armour plate orders 2022.. Its not a sml order considering they r talking a couple of hundred self propelled K-9 howizters plus support vehicles orders. As posted my only concern re bis is energy which bis is a high user obviously. But i;m 'thinking' maybe the fact equity deductions will no longer be made from bislloy's CJV dividend now that equity is 50/50 this should ? more than counter energy increases.? Land 400 phase 3 decision due shortly,maybe sept and 300 is still a lge qty.Boxer was only 200 and we could see the difference of initial order made to 1H 2022 eps. And lets not forget the 27 klms (6000 or 7000 tonnes) of q&t high pressure snowy pipe bis is tendering for combined with senate confirming tender mandate for Australian steel ?. Above contract high tech/high margin contracts. Anyway just my thoughts gltahs can't help to feel energy is still an issue and if our foolish govts fed and state followed their beliefs that santos narrabri gas facility should go ahead then gas could start to flow in 2023 potentially providing 50% of nsw gas requirements. The port kembla lng facility is not the solution imo for obvious reasons.
