Righto. 2 days in the bin for incorrectly stating no 3B had been issued for the Bisca settlement. Clearly I was wrong.
I had assumed a SSN would have been required as previously the held 16m shares plus the new 28m+ this last week totals just over 5% , does it not?
Im further bemused by the need to settle now as the 2009 Annual Report states the debt was not due until the end of this year (refer page 44)

Perhaps the level of uncertainty surrounding this and the associated 'taint' of the Kazahks 'screwing the scrum' may have rattled a few big holders?
Anyways it is now seemingly dealt with , I just wonder if this relationship with Birsca is now as shareholder only or are there perhaps further 'obligations' to be announced. Anyone asked the Company about any of the above?
