The Ann. states:
Mega proposes to purchase the SER acquisition vehicle for shares in its proposed initial public offering (IPO) or strategic merger with a listed entity
It has occured to me that Northern could be the "listed entity" but if so why are we going thru a shell like Mega if it's not for dilution?
There is so much misleading and crafted language in that Ann that makes me decidedly queasy.
