Appreciate where you are coming from and don't think that l haven't woken up thinking about it either.

But l can see winners if this matter doesn't get resolved quickly by the most interested parties behind closed doors.

Im sure BRM would have pushed the ASIC button well and truly by no if they thought all hope of a sensible outcome was lost.

No one wants there money tied up for years whilst a messy enquiry is played out through the press.

The only saving grace for the time being is that our collective tax bills for 2011 are diminishing with the share price reduction, Must always find a silver lining.

Seriously l hold great hope for a reasonably successful outcome to these negotiations but l do think that ALL parties will have to give a little ground.
