The thing is, he exhibits the same behaviour all over HC and often on stocks he claims not to own. This is an anonymous forum, I don’t see how two anonymous people could defame each other under any circumstances. Naturally if you defame and name a third party in you posts, then that could be a different story. Making frivolous defamatory accusations and trying to game the legal system could get your legs chopped of at the neck, as a certain individual found out today.
