I am not saying it is, but imo it is quite possible, that interested parties have been discussing for a while now how to proceed pending positive results. And with nda's in place it is also quite possible that results to date(perhaps not final ones) have already been shared with interested parties, as they are the ones, who directed Biotron, what info they require before getting any further. We, shareholders do not know what these requirement are, do we?
With respect, but you must be a bit green behind the ears to think, that not more is going on without us knowing.
