If so they will be asking shareholders to buy some shares at a discount,
Which will further reduce the value of their present holdings,
Putting it to shareholders in such a way,
It sounds like they are doing them a favour.

Something like "entitlement offer"
"Shareholder Loyalty Offer"
Something like that so it sounds like they are "offering" shareholders a good deal.

Really they need to hope people do take up the offer,
And that is is fully taken up.
Otherwise if they cannot raise,
Then they delist and everyone loses all their $$$$.

So they best be getting the raise under way,
ASAP so they can explain how they have funding for over 2 Quarters,
And can remain a going concern.
As that's going to be a Question they will need to answer in the upcoming Quarterly.

To leave it till the last 2 weeks of the Quarter,
Is really pushing it.
