BIT had a wonderful opportunity to raise at 10 cents.

The trials were still underway and the shareholders were full of hope and enthusiasm. They could have easily marketed the package at a smaller discount and and used the reason that funds were required to promote commercialisation when the results were finalised.

Serious opportunity lost - and, unfortunately, not for the first time.

Pushing the funding envelope with cash reserves is a very short-sighted fiscal strategy. It rarely pays off.

OK, maybe they were hoping that the release of the final results would lift the SP but that is never prudent if they did not know when they would turn up.
