In the end, you would have to ask what benefit a CR would do now.

It would have been a clever and prudent move by BIT to have run a significant C when the SP was in the 10-12 cent range and enthusiasm was running rampant.

At the moment, what would a CR achieve other than keeping the company solvent and the BOD's salaries continuing to be paid.

Without a valid and stated trial runway, raising cash is quite pointless. In fact, I doubt a CR would be successful at the moment.

A CR would only be embarrassing (in its failure) and only serve to reduce the SP in any case.

Selling the IP would effectively render the company assetless and irrelevant. Any deal with BP would have already taken place IF BP was remotely interested. Clearly, there is no interest in BIT as it stands now.

Also, why move ow? In 18 days, the options will expire and that will inevitably lead to a fall in the SP. The stark reality is that the options are the last chance at any additions funding benefit for BIT. Once it goes, there is nothing on the horizon in financial terms and nothing in way of research avenues.
