I agree with you regarding if they were to CR that would be embarrassing. However, I disagree with "any deal with BP would have already taken place" as we don't really know the full requirements and process to make a BP deal. I also disagree with "clearly there is no interest in BIT" - that also we do not know. Time is sensitive, MM according to other posters is on vacation and the options will expire in just a little over 2 weeks. If it is meant to be it will be!
