That's right. The uncertainty with biotechs is a big enough hurdle as it is. Once you add the very long testing time needed to trials (funny how that didn't apply to big pharma's covid vaccines???), the dodgy FDA shenanigans, threat of copyright protection expiring, and finally useless management... It's a big naaah for me from now on.
If someone with focused and efficient CEO skills was running things, perhaps it would be different. Biotechs seem in general to be very poorly run as businesses
