The regulators need complaints to act
IMO if a deal lands between now and the AGM, I will see it as proof of manipulation and fraud - something like 103 weeks have elapsed since the issuing of Options and the odds of landing something in the last week is astronomical
The silence constitutes a failure to inform the market!
