The CEO and management need to seriously show the roadmap for the growth with deadline. AGM has deadline, pay day has a deadline, everyhting has a (tentative) deadline.

Where is the deadline for where they want to go in 2025 with the abysmal delay?

Everybody know how they have gone from 2018 to 2024. Everyhting tangible is missing for the SHs, but their benefits in terms of salaries have been tangible and on time.

If 2024 prem results show and justify what have acheived in 2018, then is it to be considered consistent and is it acceptable to Gilead?

SHs want to know if the hitherto results are consistent with the 2018, and if 2018 results have impressed the Gilead, then the SHs have the right to know about the CEO's meetings with Gilead. Did the CEO had four or six or so meetings with the CROs and the Gilead?

SHs understand the human limitations of the CEO and compassionate with the CEO, but why do the CEO and management receive full salary and benefits without doing nothing material for tangible outcome? No tangible outcome should means no relevant work, hence no full pay. Pay-as-you (ceo and mgt)-show-tangible outcome, and there are other ways to income. The way they're making money for years after years are due to the systematic manipulation of the loopholes. A layman can understand how cunningly and systematically they're meeting all criteria, and draining SHs' and Taxpayers' money, and they can be labelled elite class Ps outside the control of the regulators.
