    Had noticed it.

    It made me curious and so I went back and checked CTO
    share price on 22/4/2008. It's high was 32c on this
    day and a maximum of 33.5c in the whole of the previous
    week so why buy offmarket at 39c.

    The mind boggles.

    Hope it is not saying something further about the
    quality of management.
