    My experience with off market trades at nonmarket prices reported late is that it is moving shares around in the family for tax purposes or similar. It just has to be close enough to be almost plausible and hope you or family member who is taking the profit (or booking the loss) does not get caught and have to explain why you did it at that price on that day.
