    I think he has been commenting on battery metals / this whole space quite a lot. His timelines are different than most of ours who look at the share price daily or weekly. This is a decades play for him, I trust he is supporting behind the scenes to help get this right. I he steps down as a chairman, then I think we can really worry. I absolutely don’t see that happening provided he stays healthy
