If they sell at 20c, they won't quite make their money back, though, will they? I'm thinking of brokerage.

There are so many complex shenanigans going on with computer trading these days (bots, etc) that there could be all sorts of reasons for the share behaviour. Besides De Graaf there was another substantial shareholder notice a few days ago: there may be a few people out there trying to acquire more shares by keeping the price low.
