If you refer to other threads, you will find brief discussions about potential M&A. I heard the other party is a pretty established company in the same industry (complement technology to SRJ's) and the deal was really imminent.

I suspect the M&A deal and the associated cap raise (likely 100% done with Insto's and/or sophos) was completed yesterday which drove the trading activities (you know what I mean ). Unsubstantiated information. I would watch closely trading pattern in the next 5 days.

If the deal was really sealed, given ASX's level of scrutiny when reviewing announcements nowadays, I suspect it might take until end of Nov at least for the news to be released.
