This road isn't ever going to be dug up and returned to its previous state so top up now cause later will be to late. If its not making money now at this price and people are concerned with petrol prices and traffic flows what's the price if these two don't have any influence. Look at TLC revenues up each time the figures come out, I can't see no difference here. I'm topping up at these prices.
