I would expect these estimates to be pretty close. The CSFB report also specifically stated that no allowance has been included for speed camera's so I think there is upside in 2007 and onwards in particular.

By 2010 EPS will exceed 50 cents and still be growing at more than 20% per annum

The key to the stock though is that earning's are recurring in nature so as each month/qtr/half/year passes the profits continue to rise.
