First time I read the announcement, was a bit surprised to see a record date of the 10 February. Then later on it said that current option holders are not entitled to offer, but could takeup offer if they exercised their options by the record date. This would have given a good 5-6 hours to exercise.

Since they have re-issued the announcement with a record date of 20th February. will be interesting to see how the shareprice reacts to this. Upward or downward pressure? Fair value is probably around 9 to 9.5c based on the offer.
