Using Australian terminology....funniest comment ever....you twigged that I’m Chinese, right of Russian heritage.
Why is paying CGT a problem? You pay CGT on a profit and that profit sits there gaining interest till maturity....you see me shaking my old Chinese head as well.
It’s against Hot Copper policy to offer investment advice and being stupid at the same time
