    Good idea to tell everyone you are going to dump, expect anyone to buy with a line like that?

    It was good to see some buying action, even though it was minimal couple of mil.

    We could do with a qrtly report follow up of specifics of negotiations with someone like chevron, cnooc etc...

    Wishful thinking or what!!!
