All meerkat did was look at the next level of support which was around 28c. Not rocket science. He also probably took into account the fib retraement level which was around 30c. He seems to make decisions based on TA rather than FA. As a newbie TA is an excellent tool to base you trading plan on. You should have a trading plan in place when you buy a stock eh stop loss/breakeven/ when to add more shares etc. Good luck.
