As always, we over here at Camp MNM are more than happy to help you (and any other interested parties) with the A's and research (which you seem to have done little of) on our little gem MNM.
To help you get to the salient point, it states and I quote:
"Dr Hamilton, who hopes to have the plant operating in 2014 if all goes well, said the process was competitive as long as the Newcastle coal price, currently at about $US70 a tonne, stayed above $US55."
Now M20, nothing in life is a given, there are many hurdles to overcome and timeframes change, costs go up and down, but generally up - so it is fair to say that the $US55 figure could have changed...
...but then again they were quoting coal price of $US70 - any idea what that price is currently?
Save your legs, I'll help you with that one:
$US91.25
...and that is the cheapest it has been in over 12 months.
So, I'd say that if the costs have gone up since Dr Hamilton's quote was taken, the process would still be very profitable as the coal price has gone up as well.
Now M20, like I asked yesterday:
What royalties will ESI achieve from onselling their Coldry tech? 5%? 10%?
How long before ESI turn a profit and how many years is that away?
Come on - fair is fair - no excuses now, we will answer your Q's, please have a go at answering ours.
Cheers K
